You need to define what  the official means of information will be . When there are very different ways of communicating, it is possible that important information that should be prioritized ends up being disregarded. To know for sure which channels are best suited to impact your team, try to get to know your employees and their routines well. This way, you will understand whether the intranet, bulletin boards, emails or even memos are the tools that will ensure naturally fluid communication, without any type of interruption or obstruction. Bearing in mind that feedback as a communication tool needs to be a three-way process: from colleague to colleague, from leader to employee and from employee to leader. In addition,  feedback can also be an effective tool to find out if everyone is receiving the messages disseminated through the  school's internal communication and how they are reacting to these communications. Communication between school and family to keep all communication processes aligned,  the educational institution must also ensure efficient communication with families. And, as with internal communication, this is an attitude that requires attention and dedication from the school. Some failures also occur in this instance of school-family communication. Some methods traditionally used for this action, for example, are already becoming obsolete,  as is the case with messages in physical diaries and leaflets to be delivered to the secretariat.
